Introducing Icon - the new QueueMetrics Agent Page

We are glad to show you a preview trailer of QueueMetrics Icon - the all-new QueueMetrics Agent Page.

We designed Icon in order to provide call center professionals with the best usability combined with innovative design. Using Icon, agents can operate all the call-center functions with only one control icon.

We added several new features to the page: embedded controls with draggable and resizable panels, ensuring that only the options in use are shown on the page so that it remains uncluttered and efficent. Plus, following the generalized trend towards WebRTC adoption, we also integrated an innovative embedded soft-phone that allows you deploy agent workstations with only a modern browser.

Icon will be available in the June 2014 QueueMetrics release and will be included in the package, without any additional licensing.
