Loway announces today the new version of its worldwide renowned monitoring and reporting suite for Asterisk PBXs.

QueueMetrics version 19.04 introduces a series of new features that enhance usability and customization.

There are several new wallboard features and new Spy, Whisper and Barge functionalities. The reporting system has been improved a lot with Lost calls, Short calls and Variable filters and a brand new engine under the hood.

A new improved WebRTC soft-phone support has been implemented and experimental support for Freeswitch has been added.
