Loway Switzerland announces the participation to JanusCon 2019 the 25th of September.

Lorenzo Emilitri, founder & CEO of Loway, will speak about transition from on-prem to cloud platforms at JanusCon 2019 Italy, the event born out of the creative minds of a handful of Italian RTC passionates, with the intent of sharing ideas and experiences on real-time communications and VOIP in a relaxed and warm environment.

The speech is entitled: "Ingenuity, resilience, simplicity and many mistakes - from on-prem to cloud platform", and will cover how to transition a mature product into a cloud-based, large scale, real-time callcenter analytics platform taking advantage of the long term experience matured working with QueueMetrics-Live SAAS service.
